At iAmore, we stand behind the quality of our products. We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within three days. We know the importance of these purchases and we will make the situation right. 
 
Returns
    We accept returns for unworn jewellery in original condition and packaging. We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to returns, send us an email at service@iamoremio.com and we will provide the RMA number and instructions. Items being returned must be arrive within 14 days at our facility for us to honor this. For any other reason returns within 30 days of the purchase date will be issued a full amount of store credit or a refund of 85% total amount.

    We will not accept delivery if we have not authorized the return.

    You are responsible for any shipping and handling charges incurred. We are not liable for lost or damaged items while in transit. It is the buyers responsibility to file a claim with your shipping carrier within their time frame.

    The following items can't be returned or exchanged

    Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
      • Custom, special or personalized orders,
      • Digital downloads,
      • Items on sale.
    Cancellations
    We don't accept cancellations but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

    Late or missing refunds
    If you haven’t received a refund within a week, first check your bank or your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
