Ordering On iAmore Mio Online Store
To make purchases on iAmore Online Store you do not need to register; however, we suggest creating an account to enable you to keep track of your orders. FREE US domestic standard delivery on order over $150. 

Cancellations
We don't accept cancellations but please contact me if you have any problems with your order. For custom orders, we charge a 15% to 50% cancellation fee depending on the stage of design and manufacturing we are in at the time of cancellation.

Return Policy

We take pride in our work so there is a money-back guarantee or free exchange warranty against the item defects. If the received item is not the item purchased, is different from item description, or arrives damaged in transit. You may return the item for a full refund, store credit, or replacement within 3 days of receipt. Items being returned must be arrive within 7 days at our facility for us to honor this. For any other reason returns within 30 days of the purchase date will be issued a full amount of store credit at iamoremio.com or a refund of 85% total amount.

All custom and personalized orders according to your size, metal type and stone size can't be returned or exchanged.

Returns must be in original package and in new, re-sellable, unworn condition. We will not accept delivery if we have not authorized the returns. You are responsible for any shipping and handling charges incurred. We are not liable for lost or damaged items while in transit. It is the buyers responsibility to file a claim with your shipping carrier within their time frame.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
    • Custom, special or personalized orders
    • Digital downloads
    • Items on sale
Returns
    We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to returns, send us an email at service@iamoremio.com and we will provide the RMA number and instructions.

    Late or missing refunds
